It was an absolute pleasure to co-present with Lachlan Wright at our local Microsoft 365 Pro-Low-No-Code Developers Meetup to discuss the pros and cons, strengths and weaknesses of the current Power Apps UI extensions: PCF controls and embedded Canvas apps.
In this session, we explored which UI extensions to use when and why. We discussed the limitations of each from our experiences in working with them. I demonstrated some of the controls from the PCF Gallery to showcase the awesome controls created by the community. Also, a lite demonstrable version of a control I built for work that solves a business requirement to integrate with another external service.
